La quota pagata per il noleggio può essere rimborsata esclusivamente per cause di forza maggiore quali: infortunio, malattia, impossibilità ad essere in loco, ecc. Tutte queste cause devono essere comunicate via email o telefonicamente 48 ore prima dell'inizio del periodo di noleggio e comprovate tramite certificato medico o altro documento attestante il problema.

 

The amount paid for the rental can be refunded exclusively for reasons of force majeure such as: accident, illness, inability to be on site, etc. All these causes must be communicated via email or telephone 48 hours before the start of the rental period and proven by medical certificate or other document certifying the problem.

Der für die Miete gezahlte Betrag kann ausschließlich aus Gründen höherer Gewalt wie Unfall, Krankheit, Unfähigkeit, vor Ort zu sein usw., zurückerstattet werden. Alle diese Ursachen müssen 48 Stunden vor Mietbeginn per E-Mail oder Telefon mitgeteilt und durch ein ärztliches Attest oder ein anderes Dokument nachgewiesen werden, das das Problem bescheinigt.
